vvuni lists third-party student offers and helps students discover them. We are not the merchant: we don't sell anything directly, and we don't control third-party offers.

vvuni is currently an independent, unincorporated online project operated from Namibia, not a registered company. “VvUni”, “we” and “us” refer to that individual operator. Nothing on the site creates a partnership, agency or endorsement relationship with a listed brand unless VvUni clearly says otherwise.

Offers, prices, eligibility and availability can change or end at any time without notice. We show when each listing was last checked and what it claims, but we cannot guarantee that any merchant honors a specific offer.

Namibia-dollar equivalents converted from another currency are convenience estimates based on a recent reference exchange rate. The merchant's displayed checkout price and billing currency control, and your bank or payment provider may apply a different rate or fee.

Always review the merchant's own terms before relying on a discount.

Each offer carries its own eligibility rules — enrollment status, institution, age, region. It's your responsibility to meet the merchant's requirements and to use offers honestly.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your email and password secure and use only your own account. You must be at least 16 years old; if you are under 18, you must have parent or guardian permission where required. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, scraping, abuse or attempts to bypass deal rules.

VvUni requires sign-in before revealing an outbound redemption link. A VvUni account does not automatically prove student eligibility to a merchant.

VvUni verifies student status through a manual review of the institution, student email, study details and current-enrolment proof you submit. You must use your own details, cover unrelated sensitive information and never submit altered or misleading evidence.

Approval creates a renewable VvUni student pass that normally expires after one year. The pass is only an access-control and verification signal for VvUni. It is not a payment card, government ID, official qualification, enrollment record or guarantee that a merchant will accept you. Merchants apply their own checks.

Some deal links may be affiliate links. If you use one, VvUni may receive a commission or referral benefit at no additional cost to you. Paid relationships do not change a merchant's price or eligibility decision and do not make an offer guaranteed.

Deal links lead to external sites we do not control. The merchant's terms, security, refund rules and privacy practices apply after you leave VvUni.

If you submit a deal, report or business enquiry, you confirm that the information is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge and yours to provide. You allow VvUni to review, edit, verify, publish or remove non-confidential deal information for operating the catalog. Do not send confidential, infringing or misleading material.

VvUni may decline or remove any submission and is not required to publish, respond to or keep it. Personal contact details in a submission are not licensed for public use.

Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the subject of a deal. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship. VvUni’s original interface, copy and compilation may not be copied, scraped or republished at scale without permission, except where law permits.

Do not submit false deal information, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, probe private administration features, copy the catalog at scale or use VvUni to violate a merchant's rules. Submitted content must be lawful and you must have the right to provide it.

VvUni is provided as available and may change, pause or remove features and listings. To the fullest extent allowed by law, VvUni gives no guarantee of uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for a merchant refusing an offer, changing a price, ending a program, or for loss caused by an external service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VvUni is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer or other right that cannot legally be excluded. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Namibia, without removing any mandatory rights that apply where you live. Before formal proceedings, please contact hello@vvuni.com so both sides can try to resolve the issue reasonably. Subject to mandatory law, Namibian courts may hear unresolved disputes.

We may update these terms as VvUni develops and may suspend access needed to protect the service or its users. Material changes will be made reasonably prominent. The date at the top shows the current version. Questions can be sent to hello@vvuni.com.
